Bob (maintenance tech) with Jeffrey Allen is exceptional. I had a work vehicle go out of service and Bob, along with the help of the service manager, Madisyn, were able to help me out last minute and get our vehicle back and running. I highly recommend their services.

Bob Passareli was prompt & courteous. He communicated with me in a timely manner & was polite & professional upon arrival as well as while working on my golf cart. He was attentive to my concerns about the cart & was able to diagnose it correctly, then repair it. I will definitely use JEFFREY ALLEN next time I need repair on my cart.

Bob came out to my farm today to diagnose an issue with my golf cart, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the cart, explain what was going on in a way that made sense, and made me feel confident about the next steps.
What really stood out was his attitude: friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines technical skill with great customer service so well. Bob is definitely an asset to the company, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing service.

Amazing company. I have a custom golf cart that I purchased awhile ago and needed someone to come fix things on it. I called & they were extremely helpful. They sent out a technician named Bob and I will say he’s a great asset to their team. He communicated with me to make it work into my schedule no problem and when he came out he knew exactly what needed to be done to our golf cart. He fixed it so quickly and now I have a working golf cart. Highly recommended! Will be contacting them every time I need something.

We had an outstanding experience with Jeffrey Allen Inc (JAI) from start to finish. We purchased a 2025 lifted Club Car Onward (leftover model) loaded with options at an incredible price—and the entire process was smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable.
Our sales rep, Kelsey Bauman, was absolutely fantastic. Professional, super friendly, highly responsive, and refreshingly honest. She made us feel truly valued throughout the entire process—no pressure, no games, just great communication and follow-through.
Delivery was spot on as well. David, our delivery driver, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know. Zero rush, zero confusion—just great service.

Anson is the hardest working man at Jeffery Allen. Always calls before arriving. Very knowledgeable of all aspects of Golfcart maintenance. I would recommend him for any and all repairs( especially troubleshooting problems). He the the best serviceman we’ve had at Cheeca Lodge.

Came in for lithium charger repair, and found out they cant be repaired, but Andre in parts was great and walked me through getting it all sorted and left extremely happy, great old fashioned service which is hard to find today, kudos to Andre!

George did a great job delivering my new golf cart very safe driver and my street in the isles off of las olas is very tricky. update just had service done Victor the service manager was great really great group of people I feel my cart is in good hands with their team.

I totally recommend using these guys for Service. They are professional, they have a mobile diagnostic and repair service with parts stocked in their van that made the repair super efficient. usually I'm cheap and prefer to save a few bucks by using some backyard mechanic, but this Jeffrey Allen service was too easy and I couldn't continue my endless search for a cheaper mechanic, so I found it to be very worth it. Another note.. I find Alfonzo to be fair and performed a complimentary diagnostic and recommend several steps that I could to to make the repair myself. I followed the mechanics steps and a $10 part later, our cart running 100%. Thanks Guys!

Brought my golf cart in for a blown motor. The cart was covered under warranty and the turn around time to have a new motor put in was done within 10 days. The guys over here did a great job. I want to thank Alfonso for all the help.

Alfonso and Mickey are truly the best. They are always professional, responsive, and go above and beyond to make sure all of my needs are taken care of. Any time I’ve needed assistance, they’ve made the process smooth and stress-free. Jeffrey Allen is a great golf cart company, and their level of service really shows through the people they employ. Bouché Brothers has had a great experience working with them, and I would highly recommend Jeffrey Allen to anyone looking for reliable equipment and outstanding customer service.

He took his time walking me through how the golf cart operates and made sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving. He answered every question I had — both before and after the sale — and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Every step was handled with great timing and care: pre-sale, sale, and delivery. When it came time to receive the golf cart, Garret delivered it with a big smile. He was incredibly polite, informative, and thorough in showing us everything we needed to know. We also had an old golf cart that didn’t work, and we had no way to move it — they took care of that too, which was a huge relief!

Eric, the manager at Jeffrey Allen, took what could easily have been a frustrating experience and turned it into an outstanding one. Club Car has ongoing issues with its lithium batteries, and it took nearly 10 weeks for mine to arrive. Throughout the delays, Eric kept me informed, managed expectations, and talked me off the ledge more than once. His professionalism was exemplary. He turned an unhappy customer into a big fan.

Brought in my club president with battery issues they were able to jump start the new batterys that were in it and Brought it back to life. Only charged me 1 hrs for the diag and work ! Excellent service looking forward to doing more business with them

I can't say enough good things about Eric and Josh at Jeffrey Allen! I was in urgent need of a cart charger and they went above and beyond helping me when I needed it right then. Eric checked everywhere and every store was out. He then went and found me a used one in their shop for me to use during a very important event. We were already customers, but will remain with them through it all! Thank you both!

Had a Lithium conversion done on my 2019 Club Car lifted Onward last week. Needless to say this it was one of the best decisions I ever made. I normally don't write reviews but the Madisyn the Service Manager made the whole process quick and painless. Being a person who was in charge of many employees for a huge corporation, I would have her on my team every day of the week and twice on Sunday. Her team from scheduler to pick up person were to first rate! My hat off to you Jeffrey Allen Tampa for a job well done!

Thank you! Lee delivered the cart a few weeks ahead of what I initially expected. He was amazing! Walked me through all the specifics and made sure it was up to satisfaction. Ben and Kim were amazing along the way with all of the adjustments due to state contracts. Thank you all again! Christmas came early for my program!

I had a great experience purchasing my golf cart through Jeffrey Allen Inc. Mike Jersey was fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, professional, and made the whole process easy. Mo was easy to work with and we got a great deal on a used golf cart. Lee delivered the cart with patience and care and took the time to explain features on the cart. We could not be happier. Nicole O
