Bob (maintenance tech) with Jeffrey Allen is exceptional. I had a work vehicle go out of service and Bob, along with the help of the service manager, Madisyn, were able to help me out last minute and get our vehicle back and running. I highly recommend their services.

Wouldn't recommend for service!
Owners response is not correct. So many things he said were not true but whatever.
My point was im not in business. I have built 12 carts Club car Precedents. Used same $200 Amazon controllers. 20mph from them. Sometimes I've had to return for another to get 20. So that's what I know of them.
My complaint was saying I couldn't buy a better one from them to begin with but after all the crap that went on I thought 3 hours labor to change code was a lot. Then when they could get it done said now they could sell me a better controller for $1200 and a Speed Sensor $200 seemed excessive!
And even though my CC was deducted from my account they wanted to still run it again.
And that 3 hours and $510 bill Sure seemed SHADY to me. And probably anyone.

No customer service! I called on two different occasions to set up a mobile service and a date and time was given. I never heard from anyone and waited all day. I should have learned the first time but sadly I tried them again and same thing happened.

Bob Passareli was prompt & courteous. He communicated with me in a timely manner & was polite & professional upon arrival as well as while working on my golf cart. He was attentive to my concerns about the cart & was able to diagnose it correctly, then repair it. I will definitely use JEFFREY ALLEN next time I need repair on my cart.

Bob came out to my farm today to diagnose an issue with my golf cart, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his service. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the cart, explain what was going on in a way that made sense, and made me feel confident about the next steps.
What really stood out was his attitude: friendly, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines technical skill with great customer service so well. Amazing company. I have a custom golf cart that I purchased awhile ago and needed someone to come fix things on it. I called & they were extremely helpful. They sent out a technician named Bob and I will say he’s a great asset to their team. He communicated with me to make it work into my schedule no problem and when he came out he knew exactly what needed to be done to our golf cart. He fixed it so quickly and now I have a working golf cart. Highly recommended! Will be contacting them every time I need something.
